Defense!!! Scream it from the stands!!! posted on 09/28/2008
What a challenging loss for the Denver Broncos. If you watched this game you would be yelling from your couch Defense!!!! Not a surprise they had trouble with stopping the run. They have for a while now. Running back Larry Johnson rushed for 198 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Chiefs. Exactly their weakness, rushing defense. They may have one of the best offense, many weapons out there. Everyone knows though defense wins games. They couldn't stop the beast Larry Johnson. Cutler was 29-for-49 for 361 yards and two picks. He gave up two interceptions and rookie Eddie Royal fumbled on the first possession. Turnovers was the daggers to this team but the opponents rushing was the bullet that killed.
